E-fun have unveiled a new range of tablet and 2-in-1 devices at CES today, all aimed at the mid range Android market and running Android 5.0 Lollipop.
They’ve shown off two 2-in-1 devices: the Ares 11, an 11.6 inch screen running on a quad core Intel Atom processor. Second is the Ares 10L, a 10.1 inch version using a snapdragon 410 with support for LTE. Both models have 1gb of ram and have full sized USB on the keyboards included, with a micoUSB and miniHDMI port included on the screen.
Their tablet range is fairly similar with two 8 inch devices on display, with all the same ports and connections as the Ares’s The first, simply known as ‘8’ uses a 4-core Mediatek processor, while the high end 8L uses the snapdragon 410 and is also LTE enabled. While the power behind these devices isn’t as great as say the Asus Zenforce 2 for the price , $129.99 for the 8 up to $249.99 for the 11.6 inch Ares 11 with keyboard included, they’re a worthy consideration for those looking for a mid-range tablet or 2-in-1 device with the newest Android operating system and at very reasonable price.
