You Review It Indie: Super Hexagon

Super Hexagon is a minimalist action game from independent developer, Terry Cavanagh, previously known for his gravity-flipping platformer, VVVVVV.

The game is simple to understand and unapologetically difficult to master. By tapping left and right, players guide a small triangle through fields of fast-moving polygons. Bump into one and it’s game over.

In his review, Hardcore Droid editor, Joe Matar, gave Super Hexagon a near-perfect 4.8 out of 5. Was he a bit overexcited about this game? Or is it just that awesome? Give us your take on this tough indie action game in 300 words or less.
