Season Four of the Infection
Chinese game company Yostar is launching a fourth season of their mobile RPG Arknights. This fourth season is a continuation of the game’s Contingency Contract event. New stages and enemies will be introduced. Season Four: Operation Lead Seal will run from July 13th to July 27th.
There are a total of eight playable sites in this new season. In addition to the existing six, this update brought two new sites. Players can freely and flexibly deploy their Operators in the various locations. Different levels of Contract Bounties can be challenged at no cost to the player. These bounties and challenges will offer up a variety of rewards if successfully completed.
New Operator
One of the updates brought about by Season Four is a new playable character. Tuye is a 5-star Medic Operator. She’ll be available in the Trade Center once the Contingency Contract starts. As a support based character, healing is her main focus. Defense is also one of her strong points. For example, she can create protective shields around targets. A secondary skill she has is the ability to raise the team’s combat resilience. Activating her secondary skill strengthens her attack and heals her allies.
Included in this update are potential allies Operators Nian, Aak, and Hung. The fourth season has a rerun of the Exclusive Headhunting Earthborn Metals. Players who missed out on those Operators have a chance to land them.
A variety of new outfits will also be available in the in game store. More information on the update is available on the official website.
