Cats & Soup is celebrating 40 million downloads after only five months since it reached its 30 million download achievement. NEOWIZ and HIDEA have announced what they will do to celebrate the occasion. HIDEA will add a new Attendance Board Log-in Event where players will earn rewards just by logging in to the game daily. The rewards include a crown outfit and brand new limited edition costumes for your cats.
Cats & Soup is an idle game where cats cook soup within a hidden forest. Players will name and raise their own beautifully illustrated cats and discover many different types of cats along the way. Mini-games help keep your cats well-fed. Players can dress their cats in various costumes, hats and accessories. Players can also enjoy the relaxing ASMR sounds of their fellow felines. As an idle game the title plays while the players are away. While in idle mode, your cats cook more soup, collect resources and discover new recipes.
More Kitty Additions
Along with the new Attendance Board Log-in Event, HIDEA will also be celebrating spring with the Cherry Blossom Event. Players can earn tokens through a new Monopoly dice mini-game. The tokens can be traded for limited-edition costumes, Observatory Tickets, Star Macarons and other prized items. The Cherry Blossom Event will last till May 2. Players can also purchase items only available for a limited time using the new Time Capsule Shop.
Cats & Soup will also add two new facilities, a Crushing Garlic facility and a Campfire. The Crushing Garlic facility will be used for cats to crush garlic and the Campfire will keep you and your cats warm and cozy at night. Lastly, a new cat has also snuck into the Observatory facility. The Cloudy Ragdoll will randomly appear and can be saved in players’ storage using the Kitty Trip feature until May 2.
