Growing and Maturing in the Underworld
Buff Studio has released the sequel to Underworld Office on the Google Play Store. The visual novel studio created Charlie in Underworld to be a much darker and more gruesome companion for the gentler prequel. Their newest visual novel title is full of mystery and adventure.
Charlie in Underworld is set, as the title suggests, in the Underworld. Specifically, Underworld Station. Fans of the prequel will remember that this is where the living and ghosts exist side by side. Players will get to experience a completely different Underworld Station through the eyes of the amnesiac Charlie. This new character in the established Underworld Station seeks help from Underworld Office characters, in a bid to recover their lost memories.
The journey to recover those lost memories depends on the choices made while playing Charlie in Underworld. Players can collect multiple endings depending on their chat choices and the path they choose to take. There are also quite a few achievements to snatch up.
Picking the right chat option isn’t the only thing players need to keep in mind. There’s also puzzles hidden throughout the Underworld and linked to mysterious ghosts. These ghosts can either help Charlie in recovering their memories or serve as roadblocks. It all depends on the choices made by the player.
