Level Infinite and Electronic Arts have announced a Closed Beta Test for their next title, Command & Conquer: Legions. The mobile war strategy game is next in line in the Command & Conquer series. Players in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, the Philippines, Mexico, Singapore, and Spain will soon be able to lead their legions into battle.
Command & Conquer: Legions brings the classic epic-scale warfare gameplay of the series to mobile devices. The game is set in an alternate timeline where the Soviets and the Allies are plunged into an extensive confrontation. This time, Officer Yuri’s infiltration into the Soviets instigates a full-scale war between the Soviet Union and the Allies through the theft of advanced technology.
Players must recruit legendary heroes, build large-scale armies, and engage in strategic warfare to thwart Yuri’s plans. Harvest resources, develop bases, capture strategic locations, and conquer cities to achieve global domination and push back against your enemies!
Furthermore, the game offers several options and modes for engaging in combat, including a Roguelike Mecha mode. The accessibility is meant to encourage new and old fans alike to play together in co-op missions.
Moreover, Command & Conquer: Legions features enhanced visuals and functionality for the franchise’s familiar military units and settings. These include the Battle Lab, Barracks, Ore Refinery, and more.
A new, enhanced achievement system offers substantial rewards for high-level play. In addition, there are customizable commander nameplate skins, improved Chrono Skirmish matchmaking, optimized troop formations, and more!
