Get Ready For Action
Mia and the Dragon Princess by Wales Interactive is an upcoming interactive action movie. Advertised as an offbeat action adventure, this live-action game follows barmaid Mia whose love for her work family keeps her stuck in a dull reality. However, when a mysterious woman shows up at the bar Mia works at, chaos ensues. Mia is unable to communicate with the strange woman since they speak different languages but attempts to discover who she is.
A group of thugs soon show up at the bar, taking Mia, her co-workers, and some bar patrons hostage. After her boss Matthew is injured, she and the others find themselves on the run, fighting to survive.
Your Choices Matter
Wales Interactive promises the game will offer ten different endings depending on player choices. The game also tracks character attributes as the player makes choices, allowing them to influence character behavior as well as the plot. According to the developers, every choice impacts the story in some way so choose carefully.
Mia and the Dragon Princess will feature fights choreographed by Marcus Shakesheff, who has worked as a fight coordinator for Games of Thrones, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Wonder Woman, among other A-list media projects. The interactive film stars Noa Bleeker, Dita Tantang, Paul McGann, Brian McCardie and MyAnna Buring.
While Mia and the Dragon Princess is not yet available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store, PC gamers can add it to their wishlist on Steam. The movie-game hybrid is set to release for mobile, PC and consoles in late 2022. In Addition to the title, Wales Interactive plans to announce two more interactive movies soon. As always, stay tuned for updates and be on the lookout for Hardcore Droid’s review.
