Empires Will Rise
Road to Valor: Empires, the newest game from KRAFTON Inc. subsidiary Dreamotion, is now available on Google Play and the App Store. The PvP real-time strategy game will allow players to design their own armies and battle against mythical forces. Its predecessor, Road to Valor: World War II exceeded 3 million downloads since releasing in 2019, but only time will tell if the new game sees similar success.
Players will become legendary generals inspired by a diverse selection of civilizations and myths and command hero units known as guardians. Their goal is to outplay opposing players and claim the throne. Players can choose from one of nine guardians and over eight of 60 different unit formations. The factions available at launch include the Roman, Persian and Norman empires. According to the studio’s press release, developers also plan to add more civilizations in the future.
“We are very excited to globally launch Road to Valor: Empires as this is our first title since joining KRAFTON,” said the CEO of Dreamotion, Junyoung Lee. He went on to explain how KRAFTON helped Dreamotion build upon the foundations laid with Road to Valor: World War II. The executive also expressed confidence that the new game will meet fan’s expectations.
