 Captain Underpants Meets Adam Wests’ Batman in Rocky Rampage

You are going to wreck’em! Rocky Rampage: Wreck’Em Up, puts you in the underpants of Boulder Cobblestone, the “fashionable” champion of the Rock Kingdom. Empress Clipper, leader of the nefarious Empire Scissor, has stolen Cobblestone’s wonder pants!

Enraged, Cobblestone storms Clipper’s castle determined to retain his title of “most fashionable.” With the help of Pebble, his trusty sidekick, they will crush swarms of soldiers and chase Empress Clipper as they attempt to get Cobblestone’s wonder pants back! It is Captain Underpants meets Adam Wests’ Batman in this the adventure of heroism from Joyseed Gametribe. Holy Rampage!

Castles, Leveling Up, XP and Upgrades

Castles are a main focal point of gameplay. Sort of like how Mario would have to traverse castles in the original Super Mario Bros game. Boulder Cobblestone must navigate through not just one castle, but five different castles to have a showdown with Empress Clipper. Along the way you  battle Empress Clippers’ scissor empire by bowling them over or soaring through the air and leaping on them. Be careful though, you may hit a wall!

What is a hero without gadgets or upgrades? Rocky Rampage offers a variety of different items. Some will not only help you level up, but also enable you to get more distance to reach the castles. There is a total of ten attributes you can upgrade via tokens. Launch power increases launching power, Max Speed increases speed, and Aerodynamics help reduce speed loss.

Strength is useful for busting through walls, and you can ride on a Kangaroo to jump higher and faster. Hitch a flight on a Flying Skunk for higher flight and a speed boost. Items such as Energy Drinks can also increase your speed. And, with the help of Pebble, a blast of Dynamite can launch you farther after you come to a stop. Finally, the ever-lovable Miss Poggy can launch you higher so you can reach your goal.

Airdrops, Quests and Wonderpants

In addition to several boosters, players also can collect airdrops in the form of chests that offer different rewards. Sometimes you may just get tokens, other times you may get tokens along with an energy drink or dynamite. It is really based on the luck of the draw. However, obtaining chests when bouncing on enemies at a high rate of speed or flying can be difficult. Make sure your timing is precise.

Quests are another aspect of gameplay and are relatively simple. One of the quests may be to play the game ten times, another to take out a certain number of enemies, or hit thirty boom birds. Either way, quests are useful for collecting tokens and diamonds that can be used to upgrade various attributes and abilities.

You can even upgrade your wonderpants. There are fifteen different pairs of wonderpants to collect for Boulder Cobblestone throughout the game. Everything from basic to Flexy and all quite stylish too. For example, say you want to increase your launching power, how do you do it? Just unlock the Golden Star pair of wonderpants when you reach level eleven. Your launch power increases by a total of three. Need a speed boost? The Goldenline pair has you covered, boosting your max speed by three levels.

Unfortunately, not all the pairs can be unlocked by leveling up. One drawback for some of the fancier pairs is you must use diamonds to acquire them. To do that, you will need to complete quests. The remaining three pairs, the Billionaire Man, Skypunch, and Flexy require a purchase of $3.99 for each.
