Developed by Zitga, Shadow War sees the player embodying the role of a warlord with a difficult mission ahead. He is to kill a hoard of monsters from the kingdom of darkness. And then protect their kingdom from any enemy invasion poised to transform it into a forbidden place of evil. Zitga’s RPG is an AFK idler. Your character continues to fight and collect resources even when you are not actively playing.

The player has little or no interaction with combat. As your character plays and wins battles, he also experiences an increase in his reward in the form of gold coins. Despite it being easy on the eye, the battlefield is quite challenging  with lots of enemies popping out from different angles.  So, to avoid being a loser, you will need to be strategic in order to keep your player stronger and ahead of time. One area where Shadow Wars: Idle RPG Survival Game truly excels is in its storytelling. The game’s narrative draws you into a world of ancient prophecies, epic battles and dark secrets. Each character you encounter comes with their own backstory and motivations, adding depth and complexity to the overall plot.

On the Battlefield 

In Shadow War: Idle RPG Survival game, the player has the task of upgrading his hero’s stats with the gold coins won. The Idle-and non-stop battles are quite interesting, and the player can gather as many rewards as he wants. At every level, when your hero character defeats a group of enemies, it is important to make sure that their stats are higher, thereby matching with battle phase.   When the player forgets to do that, the hero character will not be able to counterattack properly and will eventually be killed on the battlefield. The shadow realm offers a constant stream of enemies to battle.

One thing I totally enjoyed was the personalization of characters.You can summon pets, gear items and different skills to personalize your character on the battlefield. Shadow War: Idle RPG Survival game offers a gloomy atmosphere. And the player will have to transform themselves into a dark warrior equipped with advanced weapons and powerful techniques to combat hordes of dreadful enemies.

Is Shadow War: Idle RPG Survival Game Worth its Hype? 

Despite the fact that idle games can feel repetitive, especially for players who crave more active combat involvement, Zitga tries to keep things fresh with Shadow War: Idle with successive playthrough. It offers a solid choice for mobile gamers who enjoy idle RPGs, especially with its well realized dark fantasy theme. The variety of the classes, characters, exploration elements and customizations keep things engaging. Nonetheless, those who prefer a more active combat experience or dislike grinding mechanics might find it repetitive.
