Global game publisher Gtarcade is soft launching a new simulation RPG in select regions. Simure Vikings is joining popular titles like Games of Thrones: Winter is Coming and Legacy of Discord. Pre-registration for the official launch is currently open.
Gtarcade promises a fully immersive Viking experience with their newest title. Simure Vikings follows the adventures of a Viking Jarl, placing the player in the position of a Viking ruler. The title of Jarl comes with several duties. These range from consolidating territory to looking after your people. This includes tasks like collecting resources and taxes. Brewing ale and training soldiers for raids are some of the jobs that’ll keep you busy. You will even weigh in on disputes as Jarl and dispense wisdom.
It is the duty of a Jarl to lead their people to wealth and prosperity by any means necessary. Simure Vikings gives you the option to be a feared warlord or a beloved ruler depending on your choices. Progressing through the game and visiting new locations are some of the ways heroes and companions can be gained. Recruited heroes can help you gain victory on the battlefield and companions can be brought in as consorts.
Completing the first in-game recharge is a way to gain companions for free. The Viking hero king Ragnar is one of these companions. Another way to gain companions is by completing the seven day login event. Completing the login event will reward you with Ragnar’s elder brother, Hrolf, and a shepherd girl.
