The dice sets come in four varieties, common, uncommon, rare, and epic and can give you access to powerful attacks and abilities as you progress. Each time a new dungeon is enter your character level is reset to 1, but players are allowed to keep what they have in their inventory.
Campaign Mode lets you play through up to 10 dungeons linked together. Each play through offers a different introduction and dialogue based upon which dungeons you’re playing through. Rogue Mode allows you to continually level up your character and retain your experience on entering new dungeons rather than returning to level one. The game ends when the player dies, and powerful new dice can be unlocked for to aid you in further attempts. Puzzle Mode dispels the fog of war and removes any element of luck, letting you see everything in the dungeon, loot and monsters included. However monsters in puzzle mode don’t move, preventing you from luring any powerful enemies that bar your way.
