Famed hacker Evan Blass (@evleaks) announced his retirement from the “leaking game” in an email interview with TheNextWeb. In the interview, Blass admits that he came to the decision in the wake of his financial woes.
“It all adds up to an unsustainable living, and with a progressively worsening disease, I need to make sure I can prepare myself better for the future, financially,” Blass said.
In addition to supporting a family, Blass also suffers from multiple sclerosis. Blass rose to fame after he began leaking news on upcoming phones and announcements two years ago.

The port is reportedly scaled back graphically due to the limitations of the hardware and would be “premium priced.” No report of an android version yet, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
And while we’re on the topic of first person shooters, you can check out my review of Modern Combat 5: Blackout if you’re looking for an FPS fix on your phone. Spoiler alert: it’s a pretty good game.
