Level Infinite and LightSpeed Studios are officially collaborating to deliver a brand new mobile gaming experience for all fans of survival shooters, Undawn.
They have announced the global release window for their highly anticipated open-world survival RPG, Undawn. It is set to release for Android and iOS devices on June 15, 2023. Players who pre-register for the game will also be gifted exclusive in-game rewards on launch.
Unite the Broken Factions and Rebuild Humanity!
Set in a post-apocalyptic world where survivors have formed distinct factions, Undawn starts players off as a member of one such faction, known as the Raven Squad. From there, they will inevitably confront the other factions in their fight for survival.
These include the Clowns, Eagles, Night Owls, and Reivers. They all share the same two goals: secure as much territory as possible and live to see another day.
Additionally, players must make use of a diverse range of weapons, gear and resources to protect their bases, dwellings and comrades ensuring the survival of humanity. The use of tactical equipment like drones, decoy explosives and automated turrets will be key to gaining an edge in battle.
As a result, forming allies and reuniting the remnants of humanity is the key to survival!
By pre-ordering the game, players will gain access to special rewards determined by milestones reached during the pre-registration period. These include currency, ammunition, medicinal items, cosmetic items and other valuable resources for better survival. The rewards will become more and more substantial with each milestone reached.
Encounter Will Smith as Legendary Trey Jones from I Am Legend in Undawn!
The developers of Undawn confirmed that players will be able to encounter a legendary survivor named Trey Jones in Undawn, sporting the likeness of renowned Hollywood actor Will Smith.
Heavily inspired by his role in I Am Legend, Jones will serve as Will Smith’s video game debut. He will be a mentor to players and their fellow survivors as they attempt to navigate the post-apocalyptic world.
To survive, players will explore a vast open world with a variety of landscapes like grassy plains, underground mines, deserts, murky swamps and crumbling cities.
Therefore, survivors must remain equipped to deal with almost any situation and have the resources to endure unforgiving climates like rain and snow all while closely monitoring their health to stay alive.
