Cyberpunk Hack And Slash
Developer Akatsuki Games has announced their newest cyberpunk ninja 3D action title, Project Akatsuki. This game was announced during a live stream held on August 18, 2023, and will soon be coming to mobile devices.
Project Akatsuki takes place in a cyberpunk world heavily inspired by Japanese mythologies, with everything from Oni’s to Kitsune.
Having been in development for the past year, the game takes place in Akatsuki City, a cyberpunk cityscape following a Ninja Motif theme. Here, players must form a task force to take down dangerous foes threatening the city.
The task force is a 3-man squad that can include a wide variety of characters. Each has their own unique fighting style and weapons. For example, a mage that can change their form, a mech that fires missiles and more.
Akatsuki Games stated that the game will feature the same graphics as their previous title, Tribe Nine, and intense hack-and-slash gameplay. The company is still hiring developers on its website to spearhead the game’s development.
There are currently no details regarding the release date for Project Akatsuki, nor if it will be released for both Android and iOS devices.
