Black Desert’s Biggest Expansion Land of the Morning Light is now available for Android users! This much-awaited expansion promises many things. Based on Korean folklore with an amazing storyline and visuals, this expansion by the famed studio, Pearl Abyss, is being hailed as the BDM’s biggest update yet. The plot is carried by an assembly of new characters. Additionally, it also offers new locations to explore that are filled with bosses to be vanquished. Another main addition includes the tale of the Woosa Awakening class.

Set in the 14th-century Joseon era, this RPG involves beautiful renditions of Korean myths and folklore. One such tale that Land of the Morning Light explores is the Tale of Songakshi. It is based on a Korean lore of a ghost with the same name. It explores various aspects of the original myths significantly, giving them a new and interesting light and perspective. Other famous tales include the Tale of Gumiho (a nine-tailed demon fox) and the legend of Shaman.
