Heroes and Calamities
NetMarble just launched its first open world action RPG title in collaboration with Marvel Entertainment. MARVEL Future Revolution was originally teased five years ago. The mobile title went live on August 25th. NetMarble and Marvel unveiled the title with the promise to deliver an experience unlike any other.
The central storyline of MARVEL Future Revolution lies with a cataclysmic event named the Convergence. This incident led to the merging of different universes and storylines within Marvel’s multiverse. The aftermath of this catastrophe is what players can live through as different superheroes. This alternate world is Primary Earth.
These playable heroes include the likes of Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel. Iconic Marvel heroes such as Black Widow are available as they form the Omega Flight team. A total of eight heroes are playable along with costume customization. Players can dig through Marvel’s archive to create more than 400 million possible outfits for their heroes.
After customizing the appearance of your heroes, players can face off against any of the hundreds of threats now facing Primary Earth. Players have the option of either teaming up with others or tackling these threats solo. Whatever’s decided, Marvel Future Revolution has a massive world open for exploration.
There’s an official website and Facebook Page to keep up with the latest news. NetMarble does have recommended specifications for the devices used. This advice can be found both on the website and on the Google Play page. Mobile devices need at least 3GB Ram for the title to run smoothly.
