A strategy game for 2 to 8 players, Bubbliminate takes a simple formula and with a few rules turns it into a complex and challenging experience. The objective of the game, developed by Voxoid, is to eliminate your opponent’s bubbles while preserving your own.
Each player begins with one bubble of their own color and when it’s their turn they have three options available to them. They can move one of their bubbles by dragging on its centre and reposition it within the displayed area, they can drag on the edge of their bubble to increase its size, or they can swipe across it to split it in two.
Using these three abilities players must move or expand their own bubble into their opponent’s, decreasing their size or destroying them altogether. To win players must eliminate all other opponents, an exercise complicated by the games confined playing area that forces players to endanger their own bubbles when attempting to get close to another.
The game supports up to eight players in a single match, and each player can be controlled by either a fellow human or one of the four levels of AI opponent. You can download Bubbliminate from Google Play for free here.
