Go Beyond Plus Ultra
Gear up and get ready to defeat villains with the iconic characters from Class 1-A. My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero promises to let players run wild in the city of Honei as a hero in training. Collect, train, upgrade, equip and feed your favorite characters as you accept missions and rise through the Hero Rankings. Alternatively, the game promises to allow players to take control of their favorite villains from the show and create chaos. Which side will you choose?
My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero will allegedly allow players to play through a plethora of scenarios. Rescuing cats, arresting the most hardened criminals and playing through the events of the anime are supposedly all options. While doing so, players will be able to level their characters and perfect their fighting styles and ultimate moves.
A City of Heroes
Sony Pictures Television is also promising a ton of online functionality. They promise a PVP arena where players can perfect their combos and test their skills against other players. Additionally, the open world of Honei will be filled with other players for you to interact with. Anything from a simple emote to joining or creating your own Hero Agency seems to be on the table.
As is standard, My Hero is advertising daily rewards, albeit with a slight twist. Aside from the typical login rewards, daily quests and new characters, the game boasts special stages and boss fights. Given the show’s huge cast of villains to fight, there should be no shortage of epic boss battles.
Fans and newcomers alike should find tons to do in My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero. Whether decorating your dorm, fighting crime or reliving the most iconic moments from the anime, there’s something for you. If all that is advertised makes it into the game, this will be one to keep an eye on. Be sure to check out our full HD review!
