Uncharted Waters Origin Update Includes New Admiral and Playable Content
The seafaring sandbox RPG Uncharted Waters Origin by LINE Games and KOEI TECMO GAMES revealed the new S Grade Admiral, Qi Jiguang, on January 3, 2024.
In addition, new Mates – Qin Liangyu, Ipbu, Gwon Jun, Na Daeyong, and Yi Woonryong – were added with the update. A new in-game feature, the Suez Canal, was also added.
Also, a New Year Special Attendance event will run in Uncharted Waters Origin until January 31, providing players with various benefits to celebrate the new year.
New S Grade Admiral Qi Jiguang
The new S Grade Admiral, known as Qi Jiguang, is a military official from the Ming Dynasty. He sets sail to build an army and composes a training book to save people from foreign invasions.
He can use the Admiral’s Orders and specializes in combat, and players who unlock his Memoirs can complete his Chronicle without consuming any Energy.
In addition, users who complete the Chronicle can obtain 5 Tickets for the new S Grade Mate, Qin Liangyu, Superior Mate EXP Potions, Superior Mate Tickets, and more.
Qin Liangyu And The Suez Canal
Speaking of Qin Liangyu, he has various job effects most useful during melee combat. He can activate such skills as Increase Melee Critical Chance and Amplify Melee Critical Chance.
Alongside Qin Liangyu is another S Grade Mate, Ipbu, the A-Grade Mate Gwon Jun, and the B Grade Mates Na Daeyong and Yi Woonryong.
In addition, explore the Suez Canal connecting the Mediterranean, Red, and Indian Ocean. The new update will drastically decrease the sailing distance. It can be used after paying a fee influenced by the share status of ports.
New Year Special Attendance Event
Uncharted Waters Origin will be holding a New Year Special Attendance event running until January 31, 2024.
Users who log into the game during the event period can obtain various useful items. These include the limited Appellation Happy 2024, Diamond Astrolabe, Enhanced Zheng He Fleet, an A Grade Part, and Dragon Board of the New Year, an Event Part.
