Knight’s Raid Lost Skytopia
Knight’s Raid: Lost Skytopia is a new idle game from Unlock Games. Having launched September 23, the game combines an anime art style with the tried-and-true idle gameplay similar to titles like AFKArena. Meaning you find loot, power up your heroes, and raise your stats to take on bigger challenges. All of this unfolds in portrait mode, for those looking for a vertical game in their lives.
Players can summon 100 or more different heroes split into four races and six classes. These heroes come with a backstory that ties into Knight’s Raid’s ongoing plot. They also possess various stats to improve and levels of evolution that gain power as you upgrade them. Players can use these heroes to clear story events, battle in the arena, and go head-to-head in Player vs. Player combat for rewards. To encourage new players, Knight’s Raid: Lost Skytopia offers VIP Access for logging in and 50 free pulls for clearing the “easy” story stages as the Play page describes them.
Idle Lands
While the game currently possesses a 4.4 rating on Google Play, it still faces numerous criticisms. Among these reviews, one player points out that power scaling becomes an issue quickly after level 25, making it hard to advance, while another declares that the translation of the in-game text is awkward and reads poorly. Another issue pointed out by many reviewers is that Knight’s Raid’s gameplay is very similar to other anime-themed idle games.
