Amsterdam developer Rusty Lake adds another point and click adventure game to their catalogue, but with a twist. The Past Within is a point and click adventure game much like Rusty Lakes Cube Escape series however, the game is a two player only experience. This is the first multiplayer experience Rusty Lake has provided to its audience. The Past Within is a cross-platform game available on PC, Mac iOS and Android.
Team up with a partner to explore the past and the future. This asynchronous point-and-click puzzle adventure in set the surrealistic realm of Rusty Lake. Any player who has played a game from this developer will recognize the world. All of Rusty Lake’s games take place in the strange magical town of Rusty Lake. Residents of the town like Mr. Crow and the Vanderboom family are refenced throughout the various games.
A Realm of its Own
Your goal is to figure out the plans of Albert Vanderbloom before he died. Players must investigate Albert’s past through the eyes of his daughter Rose and a mysterious helper from the future. Both players need to communicate with each other to solve puzzles. One player from the past, the other from the future. Can you figure out the mystery of Albert?
