If you’ve been pining to carry around a custom soccer club in your pocket Dream Score: Soccer Champion could be just that. It was recently distributed by ELEX on Google Play and co-developed by Capstone Gaming and OneSports. ELEX has distributed games like Food Fantasy and Love Nikki – Dress UP Queen as well as other fantasy sim titles, but this is their first foray into the world of sports games. Something interesting to note about Dream Score: Soccer Champion is that it’s officially authorized by both Juventus and FIFPro. The title looks promising. What could be better than managing your dream soccer team (or football, depending on where you live in the world) while supporting your favorite players?
Dream Score claims to have a database of more than a thousand players from different clubs for collecting. You can manage and create your own dream team with these players. Also, all of these players are said to come with accurate backstories and trivia. The trivia supposedly covers their clubs and coaches too. These clubs and coaches can, in turn, become part of your own club. As you pick and upgrade your eleven players, the club you manage will grow in fame as well.
ELEX provides players with a variety of game modes, going beyond PVP and PVE. The extra modes include Guild Wars, Global Cup, and Championships. All of these modes are purportedly augmented by the fact that you have absolute control over individual and team strategy. Along with that control of strategy, there’s also the ability to continually upgrade your players. Strategic control of games comes into play via a virtual joystick or simply drawing lines across the field. Keep your eye out for a Hardcore Droid review to see if Dream Score: Soccer Champions lives up to the hype.
